我們提供香港境內免費送貨服務。 所有物品將在24小時（星期一至星期五）內發貨。 在星期五清除/接收的付款將在下一個工作日發送。 有時產品可能會短缺。 如果在某些情況下我們沒有可履行的訂單，我們將在下一個工作日通過電子郵件通知您。
We offer free domestic shipping. Please contact us for international shipping. All items will ship within 24 Hours (Monday - Friday). Payment cleared/received on Friday will be sent on the Next business days. Sometimes shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify you by email by the next business day.

Using Package forwarders
We understand than many Customers outside Hong Kong will use a package forwarder to get their items abroad. Please be aware that OEM Wheel HK cannot be held liable for damage that may occur after the items are delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
退貨政策

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, you may return the item back to us within 7 days. Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days from delivery date.
To return an item, you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
